Mollie Anderson has over 30 years of professional experience providing product safety engineering, hazard analysis and risk assessment, regulatory compliance, sound customer/supplier relationships and environmental oversight. She has managed a team of safety engineering professionals within the semiconductor industry, a demanding and globally diverse marketplace, focusing on regulatory and global compliance, development of industry consensus standards and best practices. With this experience, Mollie is leading the BSI robotics technologies for EHS program development and risk assessments. Prior to this, Mollie provided systems safety management and engineering services for DoD and NASA contracts focusing on engineering practices, program plan development, risk assessment, laser/radiation safety, and military standard conformance. She has performed a broad spectrum of analyses and has conducted numerous management development and process hazard evaluations. She is competent in the What If? and Hazard and Operability study (HAZOP) methodologies, Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), as well as preliminary and systems hazard analyses. Mollie has a BS from Oregon State University in Safety Science, a MS from the University of Southern California in Systems Management and Certifications/Designations in MSSM.
