Chris leads Accenture Strategy’s Talent and Organization practice for the West Coast, and the New Skilling offering globally. Chris has spent over two decades leading organizational and talent transformation programs for clients in multiple industries in Canada, the United States, Brazil, Mexico and Asia Pacific. Some of his most recent engagements include leading a re-skilling strategy and program for a large global telecommunications company, and he is currently leading a talent and culture team for a large global merger in the Life Sciences industry. He also leads teams advising a hospitality disruptor and global energy company on their respective digital talent journeys. Chris is based in San Francisco.
