RoboBusiness 2020 is co-located with Sensors Expo & Conference
RoboBusiness Attendees Can Access the Sensors Expo Exhibit Hall at No Charge
Sensing and Robotics
Definitions as to what constitutes a robot vary greatly, even among users and suppliers of robotic systems. However, all agree that sensors and sensing systems – technologies and methods that allow robots to acquire information about their environment – are necessary for all classes of robotics systems, ranging from industrial articulated arms, indoor mobile robotics and self-driving vehicles, to autonomous drones, robotics surgical systems, smart toys and more. It is the information captured by sensors that allow robots to move or perform tasks responding to both environmental and internal stimuli.
Co-Located Events
Sensing technologies and robotics systems are naturally synergistic, with robots wholly dependent on sensors and sensing to be functional. It is for this reason that the 2020 RoboBusiness Conference & Expo is co-located with the Sensors Expo & Conference, North America’s largest event dedicated to sensors, connectivity, and IoT. Both RoboBusiness and Sensors Expo take place June 23-24, 2020 at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center in San Jose, California.
Access to Sensors Expo Exhibit Hall
Sensors Expo, now in its 35th year, will have over 350 companies exhibiting on the expo floor. RoboBusiness attendees, including both full conference attendees and “expo only” attendees can access the Sensors Expo exhibit hall at no charge.
RoboBusiness is the robotics and automation sector’s premier business development event. Co-location with Sensors Expo greatly enhances RoboBusiness, further increasing the event’s value for attendees, speakers and sponsors.
